Walker Team Delivers Gingerbread Houses
to The Children's Home for the Holidays

TAMPA, FL (January 3, 2008) – To help celebrate the holidays, the team at Tampa-based Walker Brand Communications created four gingerbread houses at its annual holiday party that were then donated to The Children's Home.

Walker's employees and their guests gathered at owner Nancy Walker's home on December 14, 2007, to help celebrate the year's accomplishments and donate their time to help spread holiday cheer to less fortunate children just in time for Christmas. Those in attendance were divided into four teams to design and build gingerbread houses that were then donated to The Children's Home. Like other team-building events the company hosts throughout the year, the gingerbread houses showcase Walker's continued focus on collaboration and creating a lively working environment for employees, as well as being good stewards of the community it serves.
