With an uptick in outpatient surgery centers, HCA West Florida engaged Walker to conduct a market research study to better understand the decision-making process of spine surgery patients, and the role brand and place play in their selection. Findings will help HCAWF better communicate its advantages and grow its market share.
ICON Residential, a real estate investment and development company, enlisted Walker to conduct a brand evaluation of the Mondrian in Winter Park, FL, a waterfront enclave of 30 townhomes. Findings will be used to refine the Mondrian’s positioning and leverage placemaking opportunities to drive traffic and sales.
A long-term client of Walker’s, Lennar Tampa recently engaged us to develop a branded program designed to better address the needs of military homebuyers and their families and more effectively communicate the Lennar advantage to drive home sales.
Naples Airport Authority
Naples Airport Authority oversees Naples Municipal Airport and its operations. It needed assistance from Walker in developing a new family of brand names that more clearly articulated their areas of responsibility and to evolve the identity to complement the operational excellence in a modern way.
The Stovall House
Purchased by Blake Casper, the historic Stovall House on Tampa’s Bayshore Boulevard required public relations assistance from Walker to generate additional community support for a first-of-its-kind membership-only social club. As part of this effort, Walker produced a video highlighting the project vision, which contributed to the rezoning approval by the City of Tampa to move forward.
Acquired by Lennar, WCI enlisted Walker to develop a lead nurture program to effectively communicate the WCI lifestyle and engage prospects during their homebuying journey. Walker is underway with developing the program for two WCI waterfront communities – Sanctuary Cove and Southshore Yacht Club – as proof of concept.
