Tara Robinson
With a career spanning over 20 years dedicated to real estate brand development and marketing, Tara brings to the forefront a wealth of industry insights and hands-on experience as an owner at Walker Brands. She has proven success positioning real estate assets and developing strategic plans to launch, maintain and sell-out communities for developers and builders throughout the United States. Her expertise ranges from master-planned communities to traditional neighborhood developments to luxury high-rise condominiums and resorts. She has a passion for leadership, inspiring and guiding multichannel teams and clients to achieve results.

Tara guides the team in formulating brand and planning strategies, including comprehensive advertising and marketing initiatives, placemaking, programming, and partnership alliances. Tara has been an active leader in the Urban Land Institute, the National Association of Home Builders and the Sales and Marketing Council, and The American Resort Development Association.

Tara originally hails from Limon, Colorado, and has called Tampa home for 15 years.

Matt McEachern
Matt first joined Walker in 2000 as an instrumental creative with a breadth of skills spanning offline and online platforms. His tenure at Walker and decades of destination marketing experience honed his abilities in real estate development brand and marketing to both consumer and b-to-b audiences. Diversity of place experience encompasses tourism destinations and attractions, resorts, multi-family, mixed-use and master planned communities. Matt’s creative direction and supervision of creative teams includes solutions for identity, signage and placemaking, environmental graphics and full-service brand and marketing initiatives – including a diverse suite of leading digital channels.

Today, Matt partners with Tara in the leadership of the firm and oversees all creative strategies, conceptual development, and the execution teams to launch and grow client community programs that gain attention and ROI. He also spearhead’s the agencies operations and technology platforms ensuring a competitive advantage for the agency and clients alike.

Matt has been a driving force in the company’s award-winning reputation for successful client brand programs, garnering recognition for excellence in many leading industry award programs.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida.
