Just south of Washington, D.C. and only one mile from the top tourist destination in Virginia, Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center is in the eighth fastest-growing and tenth wealthiest county in the nation, attracting shoppers from miles around. JBG recognized an opportunity to evolve and amplify the Stonebridge story to drive leasing efforts by taking advantage of the strong market growth and development in the area. Walker was engaged to reintroduce the destination at ICSC RECon in Las Vegas through the creation of more compelling leasing materials and supportive communications that would convey the incredible opportunity at Stonebridge for prospective tenants.

Scope
- Complement the evolved logo, new renderings, signage, streetscape and storefront enhancements with new, on-brand messaging and marketing communications that amplify the Stonebridge story to attract new tenants
Strategy
Walker’s marketing efforts included updated leasing materials, a new leasing microsite, and a newly created merchandise plan. They also enhanced and maximized the perimeter of the construction site with over 1,000 linear feet of fence wrap that not only provided wayfinding, but also announced new tenants, provided leasing information, included a summer event schedule and introduced new brand messaging that further communicated Stonebridge as an unrivaled regional destination.
